We will process all refund requests within 10-15 working days.depending of original method of payment , please allow up to 5 working days for this to be reflected on your accounts .
6. Why haven't I been sent a confirmation that my return has been received?
This is not something that we do at the minute. However, you can track the status of your return by using the tracking number provided on the proof of postage (if you have used our pre-paid returns label, or if you used tracking service of your own). This will determine if it has reached us. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 working days.
